Free Standard Shipping:

For specific countries (please check the chart above), HairSeeU Hair provides free Standard shipping, which takes 7 ~15 business days to arrive. DHL/FedEx Express shipping fee will be charged according to order quantity.
For other countries, please contact us for shipment.

Processing Time:
Most of our orders’ processing time are within 2 business days. Processing time of other items may take 7~9 days.

Po.Box & Military Base:
PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) would be delivered by our standard shipping. Please leave a phone number for your order.

Customs & Taxes:
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We will try our best to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, HairSeeU Hair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.

Sign for Delivery:
It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won’t be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.

Multiple Items:
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.

Tracking Number:
We will send tracking numbers by email within 24 hours after your order is shipped out.
